This is the first time I’ve dealt with Taylor Creek Volkswagen and I’ll boldly state it won’t be the last. As the lease from my Audi was soon to expire, I walked in looking to jump into something else that fit both my budget and my current family situation. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Rosa Rodriguez and made a connection straight away that ended in a purchase of a 2021 Tiguan R-Line.

At no point during my transaction did I ever feel pressured to commit to something I couldn’t afford. She followed up with me on a timely basis, answered all my questions, and I felt like the transaction was as transparent as it could be. She understood my situation and went above and beyond to try and get me into the proper vehicle based on my budget.

I would recommend this dealership and Rosa to anyone interested in a Volkswagen.
